The Chamber of Commerce and Industry Nice Cote d’Azur is implicated in the coordination of the "Catering waste" of the pilot projects located in Nice, Genoa and Hyeres-les-Palmiers. It is also in charge of undertaking and monitoring the strategic platform and the web site of the project, in collaboration with the Municipality of Sousse. It is also implicated in the work package "Communication" and the dissemination of the results through the network ASCAME for the Mediterranean Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
